The Curtin University Rugby Union Football Club (Inc.) has been in existence for over 45 years. In this time, it has enjoyed periods of on-field success as well as developing an enviable social ethos.
The Club has arrived at a pivotal point in its development. It is enjoying on-field success, which has been achieved through steady growth in participation numbers in recent years and high numbers attending training. The club is in a position where it is expanding the number of teams it fields in Rugby WA competitions and is also fielding Junior teams and a Womens team.
To achieve this, the club has identified the need to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration as well as participate in Rugby WA's Volunteer Management Program to ensure that the mechanisms are in place to recruit the extra volunteers required to staff extra teams.
